Sinclair Rives is committed to quality service and products.

I am a solo operation and promise to do my best to respond quickly and with compassion to any inquiries. This is a developing business and I reserve the right to change policies as the industry dictates, however, you will be subject to policies as written here at the time of your purchase.

PAYMENT

Full payment is due at the time of checkout. I do not often layaway or home for approval at this time.

SHIPPING

Please allow 5-10 business days to ship. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Due to COVID-19, shipping may be delayed, and while I will make every effort to promptly dispatch your order, I can not guarantee arrival estimates at this time.

While a shipping rate is provided at checkout, if the true cost is significantly lower when I ship, you will be refunded the difference. If you have multiple orders within the same business day, shipping can be combined.

International orders, please reach out for a shipping quote. International orders may be subject to duties upon arrival in the destination country, and these are the customers responsibility. For pillow orders, we might recommend purchasing the slip only, to reduce size and cost of package.

RETURNS

Any merchandise that remains unused, with all tags still attached, may be returned for a full refund (less shipping). Items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued upon completion of a merchandise inspection. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and I recommend insuring the package. Sinclair Rives Home is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, and will not issue a refund if either occur.

To begin the returns process, please contact sinclairrives@gmail.com for return shipping information. If possible to use original packaging, please do so.

If an item arrives to your home damaged or defective in some way, please document thoroughly and contact sinclairrives@gmail.com and I will do my utmost to rectify the situation. Please keep in mind that Sinclair Rives products are made from vintage and antique fabric remnants, many of which had a past life. Small holes, patches, and other imperfections are often present, and celebrated. I will consider damages on a case by case basis.
