The Sandy House, Martha’s Vineyard
Emily inherited her Vineyard cottage from her late mother, and renovated it with her husband and the help of LDA Architects and 41 Degrees North Construction. Originally built in 1890, this project brought to life a place near and dear to her heart.

A house bought for a growing family, Emily and her husband embarked on renovating Kitchen and basement of this 1840’s townhouse. LDA took the helm again, this time with FH Perry Builders. Sinclair Rives currently resides here as well!
